Classification of commonly used Cable Ties:

1. Polypropylene cable ties is the cheapest strapping material on the market and is used for strapping, bundling and sealing cartons for lighter loads. Polypropylene strapping has high recovery and elongation.

2. What about steel cable ties? It is used to strap very heavy loads. If we need to transport a whole piece or fix the load in a train car, trailer or ocean freighter, it is often used for strapping rigid loads.

3. Plastic cable ties has the highest strength and continuous tension. If a rigid load with strapping tension is required to be maintained during loading, unloading, transportation and storage, we can choose polyester strapping. It is used in situations requiring high tensile strength, high continuous tension and elongation.

4. Nylon cable ties: Nylon strapping has high continuous tension and is used for strapping heavy items and shrinkage loads. It is longer than polyester or polypropylene strapping.
